Email hello@themarketterminal.com. It is the one address for everything on this page. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply in our mailbox, as the Privacy Policy says.
Many questions about plans, trials, billing, data and your account are answered in the FAQ.
What to include
Some requests need a detail or two from you before we can act on them. Each one below is asked for on the page it links to.
- A refund
- Write from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. See How to ask for a refund.
- A charge you do not recognize
- Email us first: we can usually put it right faster than a card dispute can. See Charges you do not recognize.
- Cancelling a plan
- Sign in, open Account, choose Manage billing and cancel in Stripe’s billing portal, or email us and we will cancel for you. See Automatic renewal and cancellation.
- Closing your account
- Write from the address on the account. We will cancel any paid plan and delete the account as the Privacy Policy describes. See Suspension and termination.
- Seeing, correcting, exporting or deleting your information
- Write from the address on your account, or tell us enough to find the records, such as the address you subscribed with. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We reply to these requests within 30 days. See Your rights and choices.
- A lost authenticator device
- Write from your account’s address. We check that the request comes from you before removing the app from the account. See Two-step verification.
- Someone else has used your account
- If you think someone else has used it, tell us. See Accounts.
- A security problem
- Email hello@themarketterminal.com with “Security” in the subject. Tell us what you found, how to reproduce it, and what it exposes. See Reporting a vulnerability.
- A security questionnaire
- Send it to us and we will answer it with what is true today. See What we do not have yet.
Teams and firms
Enterprise, for more than 10 seats, is sold under a separate written agreement. Write to hello@themarketterminal.com to talk about it.
A family office or small wealth team can apply for the design partner pilot: the Desk plan free for a fixed period, for weekly use and feedback calls. Apply on the design partner pilot page; we read every application and reply by email.
